I don't have anything against gray on toenails (in fact, I bought a little bottle of gray polish at the Sephora the first and only time I was in Paris, and thought it was desperately chic), though I would suggest some caution in unusual colors, as in my experience they can sometimes result in making it look like you have a fungus.
